Job Description
•Strong working knowledge of process modeling, knowledge of Deloitte methodology, and packagae implementation methodology.
• Working knowledge of ARIS functional system. Should be well versed with ARIS navigation, functionality and configuration
• Should have knowledge of JavaScript development - including report development and macros
• Experience in building SQL database queries preferbably in MS SQL environment
• Experience of testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of IndustryPrint tool/any equivalent BPM tool is desireable
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills and organizational skills. Detail-oriented.
• Requires minimal supervision, strong independent thinker and worker.
• Works well under pressure and can effectively and professionally handle tough issues.
• Works well in team environments and has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment.
• Logical thinker, ability to trouble shoot technical issues, ability to quickly learn new emerging technologies
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages of the project lifecycle.


4 to 6 Yrs strong experience on ARIS Tool
