Job Description
* To conduct day to day Quality Assurance Programs and Implement the established Quality Management System as per set guidelines.
* Ability to prepare Quality Manual, QMS Procedures to ISO 9001 requirements.
* Familiar in PQP, P & I, Test Plan to Oil / Gas / Petrochemical client's requirements.
* Conduct Quality Training Programs.
* QMS Auditing and reporting.
* Above average communication skills in English (written / oral)
* Familiar in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
* BS in Mechanical Engineer
* ISO QMS Lead Auditor with two (2) years post qualification experience in conducting QMS/Project Audits and QMS/Project Training Programs.

- Monitoring of Incoming In- process and Final Inspection. Maintaining Quality from Raw material to Finish Product as per Customer Requirement.

- Process control of Production line, define Operating Standard & Work Instruction in different stages and process check sheet in various stage .

- Increase productivity, Target Achievement with Quality product with man power handling & production planning. Material Planning for Various orders & Inventory management.

- Maintain consistency of Incoming Material Quality by Incoming Material Inspection as per desire Specification and Keeping continuous follow up to the Vendor.

- To be Maintain Proper product Documentation of ISO 9001 : 2008 such as (Calibration, Test report of various Products, QA Report, IQC Test Report, Process QC Report . all BOM File) and Analysis Customer Complaints , and take preventive action.

- Monthly Rejection Analysis & Root cause Analysis and taken Corrective Action.
- Circuit detailing & assigning of Jobs to Assemblers, Engineers & Workers. Training of Junior staff & Technical assistance to Engineers & all staff.

- Coordinating all required activities in production. (Assembly, Testing , Endurance etc.). Preparing of Testing Jigs, Testing Equipments. Timely Calibration of all testing Equipments.

- Maintaining Anti-static environment in production area.

- Maintaining healthy Atmosphere in the work area. Implementation of 5S .
