    National Sales Manager- Video Surveillance & Security Solutions

    Location : Mumbai or Delhi or Bangalore

    Candidate should a Graduate in any stream. Candidates having MBA degree will be preferred.
    Experience : 08-10 Years of relevant experience

    Key Deliverables :
    Achieving targeted IP-Surveillance Solutions across all verticals & named accounts.
    Selling experience of entire Security Solutions Suite (IP Surveillance Cameras, Access Control, PA System, UVSS, Perimeter Protection, Storage etc).
    Principal & Supplier relationships for above products, Services, initial installs, costing, packaging, Pricing etc.
    Experience with OEM's like Sony / Axis will be an added advantage.
    Products & Services Portfolio life-cycle management
    Supporting Sales and Solutions teams with Competitive positioning
    Pricing & Pricing administration to attain margin commitments

    Candidate will be responsible for identifying / nurturing / closing the opportunities in these segments.

    Skills :
    * Excellent presentation and communication skills, relationship building and negotiation skills
    * Sound technical and knowledge transfer skills
    * Exposure to consulting and project design
    * Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
