Able to independently handle, draft, correct, and modify all the legal documents.
Document and assist with the development and implementation of compliance procedures.

Advise senior management on new legal developments and issues (as applicable) which may impact the business by undertaking relevant legal research and studies Along with internal lawyers and personnel assist GMLS to prioritize and manage the companies legal cases and put in place strong process & control mechanism to track the cases
Assist GMLS in the preparation and vetting of various agreements Assist GMLS in handling of consumer complaints and other cases filed against the company.
Coordinating with external legal counsels / legal clearances / trademark and copyright registration and other legal Matters as required by the company
