    Key Skills : Internal Sales Support Executive-Pune

    Primary Job Functions :
    Achieve the Leads Generation target for your assigned territory/accounts.
    Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind 'Autoline Design' recall and resultant sale of our offerings.
    Analyze the install base in the target customer accounts to :
    o Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
    o Work with internal and external resources to fulfill the branch, team and individual goals.

    Desired Profile :
    1-3 years of inside sales experience (preferably from an CAD/CAM/CAE industry background).
    Technical or engineering background or she should have knowledge of cad software
    Must have exposure in computers with knowledge of working in MS-Office and Internet.
    Excellent Communication & Written Skills
    Ability to act quickly and work under pressure
    Should be able to work closely with sales and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Should have basic understanding of sales methods and have good technical product knowledge.
    Take ownership & posses passion in active customer engagement

    Job Profile :
    The Internal Sales Support is the primary point of contact for customers. He/She will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the city and carries a sales target of generating qualified leads for the sales team. He/She will always be based in our office. He/She will also coordinate with the various Teams and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner. Key responsibilities of this function include the following :
    Generate qualified leads for product demonstration
    Provide required information & schedule product demonstration
    Daily customer engagement over the phone
    Document records regarding potential customer in database
    Execute marketing activities such as Road shows, Seminars, mailer campaign etc.
    Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers
    Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups
    Managing customer information
    Work closely with the Sales Team across the country.
