Responsibilities: Deliver HR support to India based managers and employees,
*This position would require you to work from 3.00 pm - 12.00 am
*Develop HR/people oriented programs to positively impact change management 

*Ensure proper implementation and execution of HR programs and initiatives 

*Advise and support local business managers and employees in all generalist HR matters, with particular focus on staffing, HR policies and processes.

*Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations/ engagement efforts. 

*This position requires understanding of HR related regulations and compliance procedures in India.

Qualifications: *A Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management.

*6-10 years HR experience in a high growth environment (preferably in a high-tech organization) and should have been an actively contributing member as a HR Business Partner or equivalent at least for the last 2 years.

*High-energy, intelligent, self- driven, articulate, and persuasive personality.
*Capable of conceiving of innovative solutions that support Akamai mission and goals. 

*Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

*A roll up your sleeves and get it done leadership style and marked by a high level of energy and attention to detail.
*Exceptional consulting, coaching and facilitation skills. 

*A proactive communicator.
*Human Resource experience in benefits administration, employee communication and hiring. 

*Knowledge of HR law and applications. 

*Ability and desire to work with employees at all levels in the organization.
