    Responsibilities: PURPOSE
    The Manger Corporate Services will be responsible for managing infrastructure and facility services of a rapidly growing organization. We are looking for dynamic and very committed/resulted oriented individual who can manage our existing team and will be responsible for maintenance of facility, security, Vendor management, business continuity plan, transportation and planning facilities growth with the organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Strategic Responsibilities
    * Capacity planning and staffing moves in alignment with organization’s growth plans
    * Forecasting & budgeting of all facility related projects
    * Managing any facility related acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations as directed by the management
    * Benchmarking SLAs and costs of facilities management with peers in the industry

    Operational Responsibilities
    * Security Management: Management of both physical and automated security systems including the security workforce, access control systems and other surveillance equipment that ensure security of employees, the physical facility and office equipment
    * Vendor Management: Management of all facilities related supplier contracts including any outsourced contracts. Defining SLAs & metrics for all contractors and external service providers
    * Housekeeping Services & Catering Management: Maintenance of proper checklists related to security, housekeeping and catering activities to ensure upkeep of the facility
    * Transport Management
    a. Scheduling and routing of company transport
    b. Transport services Contract management
    c. Ensuring cost efficiencies and forecasting transport costs based on expected headcount growth
    * Maintenance: Regular inspection and maintenance of all aspects of the facility not limited to security systems, utilities, fire fighting systems, and pest control
    * Quality Assurance
    a. Ensure procedures and processes are in place and documented to record and measure facility related metrics and budgets
    b. Quality auditing (review, audit, and tracking)
    c. Ensure company's compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including disaster recovery and business continuity planning
    d. Solicit feedback from staff on the facility, implement suggestions as appropriate

    Qualifications: * 10 to 12 yrs of experience in management of medium/large corporate real estate assets preferably in the IT/BPO industry
    * Graduate with specialization in Civil Engineering or Management
    * Should possess a balance of strategic vision & hands on experience.
    * Strong leadership & team building qualities to manage stakeholder relationships
