Description:
Responsible for the growth and development of new and existing client relationships strategically, financially and operationally a. Grow and develop new and existing business relationships and revenue b. Responsible for all client proposals and projects c. Monitor profitability of clients and projects to achieve defined financial goals d. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure that strategy, design and execution of solutions are in alignment with client objectives e. Oversee client satisfaction process for all assigned clients and take corrective action when weaknesses are identified. Build strong and productive relationships with other departments and functions to ensure the best work product and efficiency f. Keep abreast of the status of client contracts. Tracking of schedule and budget and allocated resources 2. Manage and lead a Client Service team a. Manage a team of Client Service personnel as well as the day-to-day activities of the Client Service team b. Ensure the services delivered by the Client Service Team meet quality standards of the client c. Demonstrate Strategic Leadership in working with the Client Service Team to develop new business opportunities, innovate processes and bring new ideas to clients 3. Support company business plan and key initiatives assigned a. Develop a yearly department plan that is in alignment with the company business plan and is designed to accomplish assigned objectives from the management team b. Participate and contribute to innovation of processes, products and techniques that will advance the retail agency position of White Space and its value proposition 2. Must have at least 6-8 years of experience driving sales (should have taken revenue targets) 3. Preferably an MBA in sales/marketing from a reput 4. Should be willing to travel /relocate to UK and APAC
