Job Description :
** Working 6days in shifts
** Receiving tickets and first-line customer liaison
** Recording and tracking incidents and complaints
** Monitoring the service desk queue and other real time tools ,making an initial assessment of requests and refer them to the relevant technology groups
** Coordinate with requester in case mandatory fields in the ticket reqd. for providing service or resolution are inadequate/missing
** Update ticket with proper & accurate case notes
** Coordinating with L1/L2 and third party vendors
** Assume greater responsibilities over time, self upgradation (e.g. perform high-level tasks, achieve tech. & process certifications etc.)
** Additional skillset for supporting languages such as Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish (preferable)
