-Excellent working relationship with Engineer and Employer resulting in timely permissions, clearances, issue of drawings/details/data for construction approvals and certifications

-Planning, organizing, leading and controlling the resources in a manner resulting in completion of the works within the budgeted time and cost

-Managing the resources (Manpower ,sub Contractors and plant and machinery) deployed in an effective manner for optimum output and maximum progress

-Managing the material and mix supplies in an effective manner for maximum progress at minimum wastage

-Minimizing rejection/reworking/uneconomical gap creation etc

-Ensuring quality and safety in construction and adherence to systems


Desired Profile : - Must be B.E/Diploma-Civil ,experince in NHAI ,Highway Projects
- Must have 15-20 Yrs of relevant experince
