Job Title: Field Security/Safety Manager

Organization: dealing with various construction projects undergone in Industrial organizations of Indian Navy with approval of Ministry of Defence, NHQ, New Delhi.

Assignments / Responsibilities

Prepare HSE Plan, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
Prepare Confined Space Entry procedures, Night work plan, Emergency Evacuation procedures.
Ensure that Clients and Company’s Permit to Work System is fully complied.
Conduct safety induction for defence civilian employees, sub-contractor labours.
Attain weekly progress meeting to discuss the safety issues of the site.
Monitor HSE statistics and provided trend analysis.
Prepare and review near miss reports, accident/incident reports, investigate and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and conduct safety presentation for in house safety trainings as per project requirements for defence civilian employees, sub-contractor labours.
Prepare mock drill schedule and ensure drills are conducted including de briefings to familiarize workforce with the situations.
