The Job Description - Plant General Manager
Plant general manager required for the operation and production of an industrial work facility.
Education
1. B.E. (Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Production) with 8 to 15 years experience Well versed with knowledge of steel making in induction furnaces for billet casting.

2. A post-graduate college degree in industrial relations or a related field.
Also has the capacity to handle the local challenges of the plant. Should be able to overview manufacturing and co-ordinate between Stores and Shop floor.
Should be able to test finished products, incorporate assembly of new products, carry out third party inspection
