Associate Research Director / Research Director :
We seek experienced, senior scientific leaders with proven experience in leading Drug Discovery programs from Discovery to early clinical development, for its Drug Discovery operations at Hyderabad/ Bangalore. Interested candidates (Medicinal Chemists/ Biologists) with deep expertise in the following therapeutic areas may apply - Oncology, Inflammatory, Anti-infective & Metabolic disorders.

Brief Job Description :
•Target evaluation, selection.
•Formulating coherent research plans for drug discovery from target to IND with a desired target product profile.
•Leading a group of scientists across various disciplines (Molecular/ cell biology; medicinal chemistry; Pharmacology, toxicology) together with the function heads and delivering on the research plan.
•Interfacing with the internal (management) and external (collaborators/ licensees) stakeholders in respect of the scientific programs.
•Mentoring team members to develop internal scientific leadership & capabilities.
•Providing scientific leadership and Therapeutic Area expertise to the organization in the area of expertise of the candidate.
•Form a part of the strategic think tank for the company to help lead the organization to its goal of being a global leader in drug discovery.

Desired Profile :
Qualifications / credentials for the candidate :
•Demonstrated functional expertise in any of the core areas of drug discovery- Medicinal chemistry, Cell & Assay biology, Pharmacology.
•Proven experience of being a core part / leader of multiple discovery programs.
•Experience of having lead a cross functional team of at least 10 members, and working collaboratively with companies in India and China would be a definite plus
•Overall experience post PhD of between 10-15 years in a Pharma/ Bio tech environment.
•The position is open only to candidates who are willing to relocate to India. Openings are available in Hyderabad and Bangalore.

- Find out the PH of the finished product.
- Report the all results to the Head or to the shift in charge.
IN VVD and Sons Pvt Ltd :
- Testing all kind of oils such as till oil, coconut oil, Castrol oil and rice brand oil etc…….
- Testing all kind of packing materials like corrugated boxes container etc…..
- And check the quality of the oil.
- And helping for R&D work.
- Report the all kind of work report to the QC Head and to the owner of the organization.
