    SKILLS
    1. Exports & Import Documentation :
    - Drafting of all documents required for shipping the goods from factory to destination.
    - Drafts prepared after detailed checking of value of Indian currency to the respective foreign exchange.
    2. Exports Sales Invoice :
    - Preparing invoice and packing list as per the requirements and standards set.
    3. Bank Payment for Imports & Exports :
    - Arranging with the importer(buyer) regarding the mode of settlement.
    - Follow up of payments with banks.
    - Making arrangements as regards mode of payment depending on the type of
    collection basis or advance payments etc.
    Customs Duty Clearing Payments.
    4. Domestic Invoice :
    - Inland sales invoice preparation for all sales made within the country.
    5. Imports & Exports Freight Forwarder Agents Dealing :
    - Ensuring compliance with the forwarding agents so that the goods reach the destination within stipulated period in safe condition.
    - Dispatches company truck for deliveries to various freight forwarders, shipping lines and customers.
    - Assists in the supervision of daily operations of the warehouse/packing section, which include the loading of containers to multiple destinations.
    - Imports goods clearing with All Logistics Agents
    6. Admin & Freight bill verification :
    - Checking of all the bills given by these freights , couriers etc. verification made on the basis of status of despatch and then recommended for payment.
    7. Couriers Maintaing :
    - Managing the couriers for the entire office for all inward/outward despatches.
    - Arranging and dealing with all carriers for all correspondance. It includes all transactions from booking till it reaches the concerned party.
    8. Bank Reconciliation :
    - Knowledge of bank related work like sending documents when required, tie ups for payments, follow up service etc. maintaining good relations and communicating correspondance with the bankers.
    9. Warehouse Activities
    - As the Warehouse In charge, Managing and verifying in all goods to and from Warehouse.
    - Discharging all duties with respect to ware House Management.
    10. Authorized Signatory.
    - Signing all documents pertaining to Customs Invoice, Bank Payment Invoice,
    - Buyer Invoice & In all Exports & Import related forms.
    RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Reporting to chief financial officer
    - Giving approval to the price quoted to the Buyer after verifying Marginal value in the respective Currency. The Cost working by costing department is based on approval given.
    - Co-ordinating with all department heads
    - Co-ordinating with production/planning manager as regards continuous availability of goods as demanded by the customer
    - Checking with the warehouse for correct deliveries in order to create time , place utility to the goods
    - Maintaining good relations with the buyer for his continuous patronage
    - Responsible for all inbound and outbound shipments domestic and international, land, air, and sea.
    - Managing and controlling the flow of goods, information and other resources between the points of origin and points of consumption in order to meet the customer’s demands
    - Discharging all duties with utmost care and caution to achieve organization goals & targets.
