I wud appreciate some insights on this..

I am B.E. with 4 yrs work experience, rite now on study leave in my company, doing 2 yrs full-time mba from KJ (mumbai). What and how much can i expect when i get back to my same company in a different profile?

Any rough ideas will be good.. as per the HR compensation policies?
