Job Description:

- The objective of this project was to know the reason of high attrition rate in HSIL.
- To prepare a Benchmarking Format for comparing the various components of Compensation.
- To decide the Grades or designation at which the comparison has to made.
Project Synopsis : The Research was aimed to study the reasons of high attrition rate of HSIL with the help of Benchmarking format in which various components of compensation were present. On the basis of that we compared various benefits provided by competitors and by HSIL and come to know that benefits provided by HSIL are less in comparison to competitors that is the main reason behind high attrition rate of HSIL.
Additional Task :
Recruitment - My responsibility entailed portals search for profile matches once that data is obtained, I was involve in scheduling and sometimes even conduct Personal Interviews and have also learnt the methodologies involved in recruitment process.
