Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for the execution of projects in terms of customer and company satisfaction. He / she is the main interface between the Customer and Tenneco with great visibility inside and outside of the company. The Program Manager plays a major role in problem identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving resolution of issues that affect project execution. He / she will focus on: translation of customer needs and requirements into detailed project plans; execution of those plans; management of cross functional teams; project profitability; and development of customer relationships.



Required Skills
[LIST][*]Sound written and verbal communication skills.[*]Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point.[*]Microsoft Project experience a plus.Â[*]Knowledge of Exhaust, Elastomer or Ride Control products a plus.[*]Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.[*]High personal drive.[*]Working knowledge of CAD.[/LIST]Required Experience
Bachelors Degree in engineering, business or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry.
