- Quality control – physical check up of engine blocks and engine heads – quality verification on 15 parameters that include analyzing casting defects and staging root cause analysis.
- Analyzing at optimum level in core assembling process so that overall core scrap level is reduced.
- Inventory Control of incoming raw materials and as well finished core for line supply.
- Adhering rigid delivery schedule – FIFO in core supply.
- Maintaining safety of men, machines, materials and as well conducting house keeping auditing.
EXPOSURE :

- Hydraulically operated high pressure moulding machine. (GUSTAV ZIMBERMAN AND SHOOT SQUEEZE – GERMANY MAKE )
- Continuous plant conveyors & elevators
- ( Belt Conveyors Bucket elevators & Screw Feeders)
- Oil fired and electrical furnaces.
- Hydraulically operated special purpose machines.
- Fettling machineries like shot blasting plants, grinding machines etc.
- Lifting equipments ( 20 T , 10 T, 3 T Cranes and 0.5 to 3 T Hoists)
- Sand plant machineries like 75B speed Muller (Mill ) shake out machines, Lump breaker machines
- Pneumatically operated core making machines.
- Pumps, Blowers, Dust Collectors etc.
- Testing of chain pulley blocks, pneumatic hoist, Electrical hoist over head cranes.
- Testing of pressure vessels, After Cooler, Inter Coolers
