IT ADMINISTRATOR :
Application Administrator Organizes and self manages efforts associated with internal application enhancement development requests comprised of small to medium scale tasks and projects Performs system/problem analysis associated with applications development workload, encompassing on-going production support. Designs, develops and tests enhancements in alignment with business requirements. Implements application configurations in alignment with business requirements Implements and supports application integrations. Teams in the planning and implementation of all actions required to deploy applications both technically and functionally. Consistently and effectively directs and communicates project status, schedules and risk assessments within IT. Responds quickly and effectively to end user inquiries and requests concerning systems capabilities. Responds quickly to resolve complaints associated with production application problems while adhering to IT department guidelines and policies. Collaborates with Business Analyst to obtain and analyze project specifications and flow charts Develops documents and presents project implementation plan when required Creates daily and weekly updates on assigned project or task status, key events and evaluations Works in partnership with the Application Development team. Create daily and weekly backup . Performs other duties as required. Reporting to Head-IT
