Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager / Project Manager – Telecom (Active Services)
Job Description : Should have 7+ experiences in Commissioning BTS Microwave and Testing of SDH and PDH Equipments.
Should be responsible for Business Development from existing & new clients.
Should have Good Communication Skills and leadership Qualities.
Should be able to plan and schedule site activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and budgetary parameters and for optimizing resource utilization.
Should be able to handle customer complaints/ issues and resolving them within minimum possible time.
Commissioning and Testing of Ethernet equipments and ckts.
Preventive and corrective maintenance and testing of SDH and PDH Network
Software up gradation in Transmission Equipment.
Integration testing and Maintenance of POI (Point Of Inter connectivity) Related issues.
Testing and Maintenance of microwave radios
Should have knowledge of E1 routing protection techniques cross connection and Testing.
Should have Knowledge of NMS.
Should have knowledge of acceptance tests for newly commissioned transmission equipment.
Capacity Planning of M/W links & OFC links.
Should have very good knowledge of Line of sight survey.

Desired Profile : Necessary Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

Qualifications : Engineer
7+ Years of experience in Telecom (Transmission Implementation)
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as Project Incharge / Project Manager.
