Position: Test Engineer/Senior Test Engineer

Job Responsibility:
•Understanding the domain
•Work with the development team to understand the functional requirements, update the automation scripts and test the functionality developed.
•Preparation of test scripts, execution and submitting defects to defect tracking tool
•Good understanding of process (STLC, SDLC)
•Experience in any of the performance tools like Load runner
•Exposure to configuration and build management
•Develop and Maintain Test Automation scripts
•Log bugs found into the defect tracking tool, recreate them as needed, track errors through to resolution and escalate issues when appropriate

Essential Requirements:
•B.Tech/MCA
•Minimum 3 years hands on experience on Product Testing. 1.5 yrs - 2 yrs for Test Engineers.
•Good Exposure to DB/Back end testing
•Should be Strong in developing and executing test scripts
•Should be strong on Oracle as a database and can still write SQL queries
•Expertise in Automation frameworks, preferably Rational Robo / Rational Functional Tester.

Description
The project mainly deals with data migration from Legacy to Oracle and Testing the data is as per the business rules for various reports. Shop Newzealand’s current master data required for global financial business analysis was duplicated in multiple IT systems. These legacy systems were originally designed several decades ago, when Shop Newzealand was a small regional retailer, to meet specific business needs. Today, Shop Newzealand is the largest retailer in the world and the management of the corporation’s master data has to meet the growing and ever changing global business needs.
This application is using by users, suppliers and administrators. The administrator updates the details of the different category, brands, segments etc and Verifies the customer card details and records the details for shipment of goods. Shop Newzealand is an online shopping portal and this project mainly describes online shopping experience for customers. The system will allow the user to purchase various categories and different brands under the segment. The supplier will create the various types of segments, brands and products. The customer can select a segment, then a category, and brand to get the different products in the desired brand and he can select the product for purchasing. The process can be repeated for more items.
Once the customer finishes selecting the products the cart can be viewed, If the customer wants to edit the final cart it can be done here. For final payment the customer has to login the portal, if the customer is visiting for the first time he must register with the site, else the customer must use the login page to proceed. Final cart is submitted for payment and card details and address (where shipment has to be made) are be confirmed by the customer .Customer is confirmed with a shipment Id and delivery of goods maximum of within 15 days.
Responsibilities
- As the project mainly deals with data migration from Legacy to Daraware house.
- Checking the data as per the Base tables, code tables, and intersection tables for landing table’s database.
- Writing the SQL queries for validating Staging Tables data and Oracle data base as per requirements.

Logreen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (LPA) has initiated a program to transition the process of receiving and managing sample transactions from a traditional paper process to a more efficient, electronic process. This program has been created in order to provide mobile capability for managing sample information and customer interactions and ultimately reduce the need for paper sample forms.
In order to meet the goals of this program, LPA will be utilizing software from the existing LPA T-Rx platform to implement this electronic process via the use of a tablet PC. An eSampling module will be enabled within the existing LPA T-Rx platform which will allow the Sales Representative (SR) to perform the sample management processes in-scope for the current release. New modules will also be used to support administrative functions such as shipment acknowledgements, inventory counts, and the facilitation of signature audits.
