Ø Presently working with MOAK Engineering & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi, India as a Piping Designer from Sep 08.
Projects :
Client : BAHRAIN PETROLEUM COMPANY, KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN.
Project : EPC for replace FWKO vessel at TB#1.

Client : QATAR PETROLEUM, DOHA-QATAR.
Project : EPIC for Implementation of Mechanical Modifications within DUKHAN fields.

Client : SEEF LIMITED, MESAIEED QATAR.
Project : EPIC for Installation of LAB loading Pump/Motor, Motorized Valve & all associated Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and Instrument.

Job profile :
· Review project specification, design instruction, flow diagrams, line list and client’s information. I am responsible for the preparation & checking of line routine as per P&ID. The job includes preparation & checking of Plot Plan, Piping Layout, Equipment Layout, Piping Isometrics, support selection and MTO for the project.
· Performed piping layout & isometrics for provision of Duplex Strainer (size 8” & 10”) for Hydro cyclone in various field at Dukhan.
· Prepared piping layout & isometrics for Amine transfer pump, Anti-foam transfer pump, Methanol transfer pump and Hot Oil transfer pump to feed various tanks in ARABD.
· Performed LP flash separator drain piping in Khuff WHTP’s.
· Performed suction and discharge line piping for LAB loading pump for SEEF LIMITED in Mesaieed, Qatar.
· Prepared Plot Plan, Piping G.A., Equipment G.A., and Piping Isometrics for 16” inlet line, 8” PRV line, 10” oil outlet line and 16” Oily water outlet line(FRP piping) for FWKO vessel at TB#1, BAPCO, Bahrain.
· Prepared vessel design data drawing for FWKO with respect to process parameters.
· Performed stress model for 16”, 10”, 8”, 6” & 4” line for various services supporting by CAESER II 5.10.
· Prepared project as-built drawings along with red marked up drawings.
