Job Description :
Incumbent is required to have experience in following areas :
** Manpower planning by coordinating with dept/ division head.
** Manpower requisitions receive, process and sanction for vacant positions.
** Time bound quality recruitment and selection.
** Handling MIS related to Manpower planning, recruitment, vacancies.
** Preparing dynamic summary for Sanction Vs Vacant positions.
** Salary negotiation and preparing salary structure/ statement of selected candidates.
** Follow up with selected candidates till joining.
** Doing reference check for best fit profile.
** MIS reports/ Attrition reports/ Absenteeism tracking/ PMS handling exposure.
** Resignations action, exit interview & feedback and related procedure.
** Coordinating & preparing of Organisation Structure of all deparment/ division.[/LIST]
Qualification & Experience :
** Incumbent can be any graduate (with MBA/ PGDHRM/ PGDBM will be preferable).
** Exposure should be in Steel industry.
** SAP (HR module) preferable
** Experience of 8-10 years in HR department and core recruitment area.
NOTE : Candidates with STEEL INDUSTRY experience should apply.
Experience Required : 10-12
Skills : Communication Skill, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, Salary negotiation skill, SAP exposure in HR Module will be preferable.
