Job Description :
1. Develop graphic design for the project, working with the Creative Director, Graphic Artist, content team,
and programming teams to ensure its smooth delivery
2. Should be responsible for planning, work allocation, monitoring, and designing diverse electronic variants
such as Interactive and Flash presentations, websites, Kiosk, and other Design Peace
3. Create and execute design concepts and develop artwork for a variety of multimedia activities
4. Ensure consistency of brand and program identity throughout all stages of development
5. Should be self-motivated and able to manage the workload
6. Work with junior designers to assist them and ensure their continued development, and be up-to-date with
all emerging technologies and design techniques
7. Experience in visualization, design, and execution of e-learning projects is an added advantage

Desired Profile :
1. Artistic ability and creative thinking for designing eye-catching and effective graphics
2. Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in multimedia companies/agencies
3. Excellent working knowledge of PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Xpress, color theory, typography,
design standards, and corporate identity is a must
4. Exceptional ability to apply graphic design skills, including drawing/sketching, typography,
concept ideation,color theory, use of texture, spacing, and scale
5. Ability to come up with strategies for layouts and artistic concepts and to create visual images that
engage and attract
