Job Description :

1. Responsible for creating advanced Flash course framework using custom components and dynamic course objects,
developing high interactive templates, creating rapid prototypes, deciphering client requirements, and
translating these requirements into workable solutions and other related tasks, which require strong
programming skills

2. Rich Internet applications involving three-tier architectures

3. Applications involving use of technologies such as Flash Remoting, Flash Media Server, etc.
Developing solutions using Action Script and OOPS

Desired Profile :
1. Must have 4+ years of experience in FLASH programming
2. Must have 1 to 3 years of experience in the e-Learning industry (developing CBTs and/or WBTs)
3. Must possess expert-level programming skills in Flash ActionScript and high-end skill sets in creating
custom components, XML/Database-linked Flash web application development along with the above-
mentioned multimedia technologies

4. Must have sound knowledge of visual and interface design for e-Learning course materials
5. Should have good oral and written English communication skills and also strong analytical and logical skills
