Principle Accountabilities :
* Support the Quality Team in continual Improvement of ISO 9001 :2008 via Quality Metrics
* Lead and support the Quality team in running the Internal Audit Plan.
* Lead the Quality team in documenting any new Procedures
* Lead in Assessing the gaps in Product development Cycle, if any
* Report on Project non-compliance, potential and actual.
* Identify improvement opportunities and take initiative to drive corrective and preventive actions for them
* Product Development Process and Quality Management System.(Product Quality and Process Quality both hardware and software)
* Lead new EMS initiatives and work on the improvement of existing ones
* Must demonstrate commitment and the ability to manage own workload at all times and deliver without the need of supervision
* Must be numerate, and possess the ability to effectively articulate facts and figures.
* Must possess the ability to communicate and interact with all levels of Management and Engineering staff
* To support the Quality Function in all undertakings and responsibilities
* Should be objective, challenging, self driven and result oriented

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

6 - 9 yrs Experience required

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT)

Must possess 6-10 years hands on experience and extremely sound knowledge in ISO Implementation and practicing (all Clauses), mainly in Electronic Engineering (both Hardware and software) Industry.

* Should be a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 :2008/Internal Auditor and have extremely good Auditing skills.
* Good knowledge in Product development processes (CMMI-level 5 included) in an electronics or associated product industry and be able to conduct and complete full life cycle Audits. Experience of working in Embedded Product development Groups would be an advantage.
* Should be able to collect, compile, analyze data and drive actions based on the analysis
* Working knowledge of Environmental Management System would be a Plus
* Should have good Procedure writing skills and clear & strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Should have exposure of Supplier Assessment and evaluation
* Should have good Leadership, training, coaching and Mentoring capability
* Should be very comfortable working on Microsoft power point ,Excel, MPP etc
* Have good exposure in both hardware and software products

Responsibilities :
- Perform frequency/carrier planning, traffic and capacity analysis.
- Implementation of Recommendation/Changes.
- Optimization of the Network based upon the KPI & daily GOS report.
- Daily Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI) e.g. Handover Statistics, Drop Statistics,
Neighbouring list optimization, their reasons and take necessary action.
- Done the MAIO, HSN, BSIC planning.
- Daily monitoring of OMCR reports to analyze the Radio network performance to verify the Radio

Necessary changes for improvement of KPIs. Taking corrective actions where sudden degradation of
KPI is observed. Analysis of problems at different levels – BSC/Site/Cell/TRX/Timeslot.
- Analysis of ND Reports, ZEOL, ZEEI, ZEAT, Outage Report.
- Extracting various Network Doctor Reports using Net Act.
- Analyzing site performance after integration through drive test measurements detecting eventual
problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.
- Frequency band analysis using Spectrum Analyzer for detection of inter band interference of GSM.
- Optimization of the site basing on the drive test results..
- Optimization of the site basing on the NPAR (Network Performance and Analysis Report)
- Affecting the physical changes at the sites (Tilting, Reorientation etc.) if required in order to distribute the traffic equally among the cells of the clusters.

- Study of analysis of drive test report and solve the Problems.
