Principle Accountabilities :
* Support the project managers in project management
* Project tracking, status reporting and work allocation
* Make sure that all the releases are happening on time
* Interact with the multi site development team
* Lead the team technically, when required
* Support the project managers in appraisal and people management

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

7 - 9 yrs Experience required

Bachelors/Masters Degree in Engineering (ECE/EEE/CSE/IT)

* Experienced in real time embedded software development, preferably Set Top Box domain/Consumer Electronics domain
* Good in STB software/system architecture and design
* Knowledge in C/Assembler/C++
* Should have led smaller teams and experience in project leading role
* Interest to grow in the management ladder
* Should have good technical knowledge
