Eligibility Criteria :
i) Candidates applying for post in a particular State should be proficient in the
language of the State i.e. know to read, write, speak and understand the
language.
ii) Candidates should be proficient in the language, know how to read, write, speak
and understand the language of the area for which vacancies are advertised and
for which he/ she desires to apply.
iii) All the eligibility criteria ( qualification, age etc.) shall be computed as on

ii) ii.(a) For candidates sending application by Post :- Application fee/postage can
be paid at any branch of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA for credit of account no.
60046473091 in the name & style of “BOM CLERICAL RECRUITMENT
PROJECT-2010”. THE JOURNAL NUMBER issued by the branch of BANK
OF MAHARASHTRA where fees is paid, must be mentioned in the application
form . The Candidate must write his/her Name, Date of Birth, & Address on the
reverse of the counter foil of pay in slip issued by our branch and a photo copy of
the same must accompany the application.
ii.(b) For Candidates sending application by post and desire to pay fees by
Demand Draft/Bankers` cheque :- The fees/postage must be paid by a single
Demand Draft / Bankers` Cheque issued by a Scheduled Commercial Bank to be
drawn in favour of “ BANK OF MAHARASHTRA CLERICAL RECRUITMENT
PROJECT-2010” Payable at PUNE. The Candidate must write his/her Name,
Date of Birth, & Address on the reverse of the Demand Draft/Bankers` cheque
and original DD/Bankers` cheque must accompany the application. The Demand
Draft/Banker`s cheque should not be dated before 01-07-2010 and not after
20/07/2010.

b) The guidelines for filling Applications are as under :
- Candidate registering on line application should have a valid e-mail ID.
- Candidates should pay postage/fees at any branch of Bank of Maharashtra and obtain
the transaction/journal no. and enter in the online application. And candidates sending
application by post must enclose the photo stat copy of the counter foil of the pay in slip of
fees/postage paid at any branch of Bank of Maharashtra. The Fees paid by
DD/Bankers`chque payable at Pune must accompany the application. Without payment of
fees/postage, the application is liable for rejection. Applications received after closing
date will not be accepted/registered.
