Detail : The objective of this system is to do condition monitoring of HT motors.
- Platform : windows xp, Software: LabVIEW 8.6
- Acquisition of three parameters, vibration, speed and current and store in temporary files. Total 8 inputs (3 for Diff End vibration + 3 non Diff End vibration + speed + current).
- RT controller cRIO-9012, cRIO-9101 FPGA chassis used as hardware for data acquisition.
- Data transfer between host and server using TCP/IP.

Detail : To read parameter of field room panel (8-analog Ch & 8-digital Ch) from BPCL control room without any physical link.
- Platform : windows xp, Software: Embedded C, LabVIEW 8.2
- LPC2103 (ARM7) as embedded hardware controller.
- GSM modem for communication between field room and control room via SMS.
- Control room has PC connected with GSM engine runs LabVIEW application GUI from where one can request for terminal voltage, alarm status etc to field room.
- Field room had embedded hardware connected with GSM engine read voltage and alarm status of field room panel and reply to control room as per request.
- LabVIEW and hardware both communicate with GSM by AT Commands.
- Data and status stored in MS access database with time stamp. Also report generation, plotting data, printing report etc.

Name : NTC Thermistor Test Application. (LabVIEW)
Client : J. P. Tool Handler. (Mumbai)
Detail : Designed to carry quality test on Thermistor by measuring its resistance at different temperature.
- NI PXI 2576 Switch module, NI CDAQ 9172 USB chassis, NI 9217 RTD, NI DMM 4050 PCMCIA, NI DMM 4065 USB DMM.
- NI PXI 2576 Switch module used to carry test on multiple thermistor in scan mode.
- Two DMM, NI 4050 PCMCIA, NI 4065 USB were used to measure voltage and resistance of sensor at different temperature.
- Switch and DMM were used in synchronization with each other.Report generation, tolerance measurement, printing, mainly use for QA and QC of tested thermistor.

Name : Micro power DAQ Card. (Embedded + LabVIEW)
Client : GAIL (India) Limited.
Detail : Read 8-channel analog voltage 0-10 volt DC, 12-bit ADC, 32 Mbit serial flash to store data in real time with current consumption less than 20 uA in power down mode (TI MSP430f147 16-bit controller)
- Platform : windows xp, Software: Embedded C, LabVIEW 8.5
- Device parameter like device ID, start time, logging interval, channel name, gain, offset and calibration factor can be configured.
- LabVIEW application runs on PC which configure each parameter of DAQ card via PC COM port (RS-232).
- Once DAQ card is configured it will start logging data after specified start time with set time interval, and store voltage in serial flash (32k bits) with 12 bit accuracy.
- DAQ card serial flash read and erase can also be performed.
- Data and status stored in MS access database with time stamp. Also report generation, plotting data, printing report etc.

Detail : Designed to generate interruption pulses of pre defined duration with start date & time and end date & time.
- Platform : windows xp, Software: Embedded C.
- AT Mega-169 (ATMEL 8-bit AVR family controller)
- Used inbuilt LCD controller and ADC 10-bit.
- Two channel voltage display (analog input 0-5V DC).
- External 32k Hz crystal used for RTC.
- LCD as GUI, and joy stick to navigate menu.
