** Simulating bolt preloads using pretension elements, also solid and beam bolt comparison is done.
** Reciprocating compressor Analysis for Refrigerator (All parts are analyzed in this projects like Housing, base plate, discharge tube, Mufflers, shaft, gasket, Feed valve).
** Meshed each model and carried both static and model analysis on the model.
** Compared natural frequency of the model with other model, by using Campbell diagram.
** Done some design modifications change natural freq of the model.
** Also carried out some static analysis to select optimum material for the model.
** Cyclic symmetric static and modal analysis of impeller.
** Analysis is done only for sector of model by using cyclic symmetry concept.
** Optimized fillet mesh size for impeller inlet and outlet portion.
** Bkin and Mkin properties are used to solve static analysis.

** The model is solved for first few modal frequencies.
** Also suggested sum support for pipe to avoid particular mode.
** Preparing detailed report comparing the water cooled and gas cooled designs of Gemini Cylinder
** Harmonic analysis of Vamana casing used for X ray tube.
** First free free modal analysis is done and frequency from that analysis taken as input to the harmonic analysis. .
** Displacements given as initial input and found out response to that frequency and initial displacement.
** Results from harmonic analysis later used to do acoustic analysis to fond out noise level.
** Also done separate individual system analysis of various systems inside tube and made attempt to reduce vibration which is transferring from rotation shaft to casing.
** Centrifugal compressor Modal and Static analysis (Path operation is Performed for this analysis).
** The model is checked according to the path operation requirement.
** Model is meshed by using combined tet and hex elements (Hybrid mesh).
** Bolts are created and first load case ran as assembly loads.
** Second load case ran with specific pressure load inside casing with corrective pressure on covers and nozzles.
** Also Free free modal analysis performed to find out fundamental natural frequencies and mode shapes.
** Static and modal analysis of stator frame of wind turbine generator stator.
** The model is fully meshed with hex mesh.
** Modal analysis is performed and examined for specific Lobe pattern and done some modification in model to avoid such lobe pattern which matching with reference results.
** Also performed static run with load (calculated from magnetic filed), displacement coming for stator were more, so to reduce those displacement some design change has been dome and brought displacement down within limit
** Gravity sag analysis for Gear case of locomotive (to find out stress in filet region due to gravity load), also modal analysis is performed later.
** Static analysis is performed and found out the critical stress at fillet region.
** Also completed and submitted report to the customer for Fatigue load cases.
** Modal analysis also performed on this model.
** Also worked completed many other project task as mentioned below.
** Mechanical Analysis of Casing of BCL Centrifugal Compressor with bolt simulation.
** Axi-symmetric analyses of balancing drum and Honeycomb seal.
** Static and Modal analysis of the Thremodyne casing.
** Static and Modal analysis of the Centrifugal Compressor inlet guide vane.

Project and Seminar Under taken in UG :
- Project : FOOT STEP ENERGY CONVERSION-HORIZONTAL GENERATING POWER
Description : Energy is a scalar physical quantity ie an attribute of object & system it is defined as the ability to do work or to cause change.
India currently relies heavily on coal oil & natural gas for its energy. Fossil fuels are non renewable, i.e. they draw on finite resources becoming too expensive or too environmentally damaging to retrieve. In constant renewable energy resource such as wind & solar energy are constantly replenished & will never run out.
Using the legs is one of the most energy consuming activities the human body performs. In fact a 68kg man walking at 2 steps per second uses 280kcal/hr or 325.64w of power.
We are using the foot stamping on the footstep fixed on the publics where thousands of people play in &out of the offices & while doing so, will stamp on the footstep making the step to collapse down to the extent of 40mm effecting the gear mechanism to rotate and make the DC dynamo to generate the power
We can conclude that this device can be very useful for various applications. This device can be improved so that more power can be generated.
