Description :
In this embedded module,we have implemented a driver code to control remote equipments through GSM based technology (SMS) with security enabled. We have connected three devices namely RTC, EEPROM and temperature sensor.
In this module temperature is read from the temperature sensor through a microcontroller using A/D converter on change of value (COV) bases and on every 2min,interval data is fetched from controller and stores it in an EEPROM.
Through the SMS high and low limit temperature data input is sent to microcontroller through UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter) protocol to control external equipments using relay.
Read the time from RTC, Temperature from Sensor and display it on LCD.
RTC and EEPROM will come with the I2C inbuilt engine. I2C is two line serial communication protocols.
