- Handling a team of Draughtsman developing Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs), process flow diagrams.
- Review of Equipment Layouts, Piping Layouts.
- Preparation and review of Heat and Mass Balance.
- Knowledge on Pressure drop, pump head calculations.
- Pipe sizing and hydraulic calculation.
- Preparation of Equipment list, line list.
- Review of piping bill of quantity. Have knowledge on American standards.
- Periodical site visit for technical discussions with the engineers in the site and
to review the site conditions.
- Have got experience in Bulk drug industry.

Project Title : Pulp Mill Expansion
Project Details : Expansion of Pulp Mill area by the 1000 TPD which includes setting up of Digesters (4 No.s), washers (10 No.s including Bleaching types), drum filter, air compressors and other equipments.
Role : Basic Engineering -Development of P&IDs, PFDs, Material and energy balance calculations, Equipment sizing & pipe sizing, Hydraulic calculations, Periodical visit to the site regarding technical discussions and to study the site conditions.

Atrak Pulp & Paper Ltd, Iran.
Project Title : Pulp Mill Expansion
Project Details : Expansion of Pulp Mill area by the 600 TPD which includes setting up of Digesters (3 No.s), washers (8 No.s including Bleaching types), drum filter, air compressors and other equipments.
Role : Basic Engineering -Development of P&IDs, PFDs, Preparation and review of mass balance, Equipment sizing & pipe sizing, Hydraulic calculations, Periodical visit to the site regarding technical discussions and to study the site conditions.

Transworld Services (A.P) Pvt Ltd, Salur.
Project Title : China Clay Ore Beneficiations Plant
Project Details : Setting up of a new continuous plant to process crude China Clay upto 53 Microns quality which includes installing of Blunger, Hydrocyclones,
Filter Press, spray Drier and other utility equipments.
Role : Basic Engineering -Development of P&IDs, PFDs, Preparation and review of mass balance, Equipment sizing & pipe sizing, Hydraulic calculations, Periodical visit to the site regarding technical discussions and to review the site conditions, have partial contribution in commissioning.
