    - Handling inbound calls and the queries were varied ranging from basic account valuation to taking live deal calls and to a variety of different types of enquiries which include : information on a customer account, the details about a particular Fidelity product, the resolution and prevention of a problem, in addition to web navigation and online queries.
    - Within six months I was promoted as an ISA Dealer and started taking all sort of live deal calls which includes buy deal, switch deal and sell deal.
    - Making the client understand about the charges associated with the deals, settlement period, cut off time of the deal, to send the literature, statements and valuations of client’s account, key feature document of a product and other documents as per client’s request.

    - Client enquires about taxes and insurance, if the regular mortgage payment amount is increased then what is the reason and if we can investigate about it.
    - Client calls regarding refinancing the mortgage. Client calls about the interest rates. If their mortgage is a fixed rate mortgage or an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM). If the rate is ARM then if we can calculate the rate for next year.
    - Client calls regarding Homeowners assistance, we can check the various options available for the client. If client is unable to pay the mortgage payment then we can give extension of payments and we can connect the call to collection department for further assistance.
    - Getting consistent good scores in C-SAT Survey, email C-SAT Survey, received gift vouchers in R&R for getting highest productivity and quality.
    - Got appreciation call from client for providing excellent customer service and generating highest Leads (Up-selling)
