Position- Head Design & Development

Job Responsibility:-
The candidate would be heading the designing team & hence should have thorough knowledge of Footwear Designing. Administrative capability to teach , guide & monitor the staff of the Department. Coordination with other departments like marketing, production,material etc. Should be a result oriented guy.

Qualification - Degree/ Diploma in footwear Designing. Knowledge in CAD/ CAM in Procam system desirable

Experience - Practical knowledge for about 10 - 15 years in all the functional area of Design activity. Out of the above period about 75 % must be in designing only. Experience must be in leather upper with strobel type construction & for PU DIP system BY STROBLE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM.
