Resident Construction Managers (RCM)

Required two (2) RCM'S for site work.

1. Plan site activities, schedule material supply, monthly billing, review/report project progress in order to ensure the progress of work follows in accordance with the schedule and take corrective steps to minimize deviations.

2. Allot work to site team members, monitor contractor performance, remove bottlenecks, maintain supplier/contractor relationship, ensure construction/as-built drawings, get approval, monitor departmental work, coordinate with various client/consultant/external agencies to facilitate execution of the job, ensure timely billing and collections, ensure preparation/adherence of safety plans, manage/develop team in order to maintain control over cost and time.

3. Must have 10-15 years of experience, salary at par.

As Planning Engineer
Listed are the activities performed in planning department:-
1. Order Execution of PGCIL & ECB – Maintain all the required data and follow the quality standards required by client. Specialization in Transmission Line orders of Power Grid. Presently execution all the PGCIL order an d maintain all the formalities required by PGCIL i.e. procurement raw material taking CIP, maintain Steel Correlation between raw material and finished good inspection, taking MICC for billing purpose.
2. Procurement of Raw Material – As per the quantity received from construction department and supply schedule given by Project Management Department, batch wise indent placing with details of section wise and lengthwise (by Cutting Planning) requirement.
3. Hardware & Accessories – Indent placing as per the batch wise requirement and per quality required by customer. Arranging inspection and dispatches to particular Sites. Maintain Purchase Order / Inspection / Dispatch Details.
4. Production Program – Preparing project wise production program and Steel availability / non-availability to achieve Billing program with priority as per previous and current completion.
5. Progress Analysis – Weekly review with all departments on various stages to maintain progressively completion.
6. Galvanized & Black Material Stock Analysis – Project wise analysis with coordination of fabrication, Galvanizing and Dispatch Department and arrange to maintain it to its minimum level.
7. Arranging Customer Inspection – Inspection for Raw Material, Finished Material, Bolts & Nuts and Accessories.
8. Material Reconciliation at site – Doing reconciliation at site with site official and customer for early completion of the billing process.
9. Daily Process Report – Reporting daily progress to higher authorities i.e. daily fabrication, galvanizing, dispatch, black & finished stock steel receipt and stock zinc receipt and stock etc.
10. Yearly Reports – Arranging required data for presentation from all departments and analysis for yearly achievement and downfalls i.e. month wise / order wise fabrication galvanizing and dispatch details, load vs production, work order wise shortages (Internal & Site) and rejection analysis. (Reasons for rejections), scrap generation analysis.
