Major Project
Name : “BRAIN WAVE MONITORING USING COMPUTERISED EEG”
The electroencephalograph is an instrument used to plot the electrical signal activity of brain waves. For minimizing the time loss and to increase accuracy, computerized EEG is used. The methodology used in this project is by establishing two electrodes to capture brain waves and to record on a pc. These brain waves are stored on pc as long as necessary and updated whenever appropriate. The major benefits of computerized EEG equipment are to perform analysis rapidly. Suitable software used with an EEG will give an indication of a patient’s depth of anesthesia or signal the onset of seizures.
