Deck Supervisor :
- Responsible for 328 rooms ,12 suites and 1 pent house/presidential suite , managed 19 cabin stewards ,4 asst cabin stewards and 2 butlers on the passenger decks to ensure that high cleaning standards are maintained and that all passenger queries and complaints are handled in a professional and efficient manner. Responsible for linen changes, hygiene rounds , spring cleaning rounds etc
- Performed daily musters of the respective deck and ensured that all the important information are passed on to cabin stewards.
- Checked for the special request and concierge of the passengers throughout the cruise.
- Checked for the lost and found items of the previous occupants to be handed over in the back office. They are further responsible for the incoming and outgoing baggage of the passengers and its delivery up to the cabin
- Responsible for the Accommodation lockers n pantries.
- Handled all passenger queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner which were then resolved.
- Responsible for the grooming of the staff.
- Checked for the cabin supplies and cleaning chemicals on the decks and ensured that sufficient stock is maintained at all times. Indents were made on time and there was no over or under utilization of the stock.
