qualification:

* Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Minimum 8 Years experience in erection testing and commissioning of control and protection system and equipment in 33/11kv indoor substation.

Principal Accountabilities:

* Construction supervision of substation control and protection system and equipment particularly protection relays and SCADA system.
* Monitoring of day to day construction progress and reporting to Client.
* Review and approve the Contractor's monthly progress reports.
* Review contractors procedures for installation checkout, testing and precommissioning, start up and commissioning of various systems.
* Evaluate test results and notify Client of the magnitude of any performance deviations.
* Prepare checklist of corrections to be made by contractors, completion certificates for various stages of the work.
