We are a young architectural design firm and have lucrative projects, current and upcoming. We are based in central Mumbai and design and execute projects on a Pan-India basis, especially in Maharashtra,Goa,A.P,Gujarat. Our clientele consist of reputed organizations, that have high expectations where design, timelines and budgets are concerned. We are looking for like-minded and enthusiastic ARCHITECTS who can fulfill the following criteria:
**Capable of handling projects from start-to-finish. Should work as a PROJECT HEAD for tasks assigned.
**Fluent in English and good communication skills in Hindi too.
**1-3 years work experience with atleast 1 year worked on Interior Fit-outs.
**Well-versed with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, 3D software(opt.) and should have good drafting and presentation skills.
**Able to handle estimation and bills of quantities.
**Capable of project management, and co-ordination with clients, vendors,other consultants and colleagues.
**We are keen on working with individuals who can dedicate their potential and talent in adding to the growth of the firm. He should be able to manage 2 projects at a time.
