Position Summary The candidate would have a supervisory role . He would be expected to take care of customer co-ordination , onsite team shift duties , take onus for all site related activities inline with his capabilities in handling Voice products.

He would be reporting to the Manager Projects for all site related activities.

Has to have an experience of atleast 2-3 years on Nortel Voice Products.Job Responsibilties
Ensure Proper Documentation of the Site, i.e Process wise documentation

Ensure Proper storage of documentation and housekeeping

Inventory Management

Complaint Management

Ensure Backups for all components are stored and archived as per policy

Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors and onsite FMS team.

Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors

Ensure Technical evaluation of all onsite issues before escalating the same
