CANDIDATE PROFILE – SHOULD BE A DEGREE / DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEER WORK IN SIMILAR FIELD FOR MINIMUM 8 TO 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING DESIGN FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCTION. TAKING COST – EFFECTIVENESS INTO CONSIDERATION, MODIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF NEW FEATURES IN EXISTING MACHINES, WHICH PROVES BETTER FUNCTIONALITY AND RELIABILITY. TO CREATE AND CHECK DRAWING INCLUDING STUDY OF TOLERANCES AND FITS, PROPER GD & T MANUFACTURABILITY , STANDARD DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. TO GIVE INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARATION OF GENERAL ARRANGEMENT DRAWING OF INDIVIDUAL MACHINES AS WELL AS PLANT LAY OUT FOR ALL EQUIPMENTS. TO DEVELOP DESIGN MODULE FOR CUSTOMIZED ERP SYSTEM, TO HANDLE INTER DEPARTMENTAL ACTIVITIES. TO MANAGE CUSTOMIZED PROJECT. TO DEVELOP 2D, 3D, AUTOCAD, PRO E, SOLID EDGE.
