Director Special Tests is the operational Head of Special Tests reporting to the Director General.

Duties and Responsibilities

[LIST=1][*]responsible for overall strategic and perspective planning of the Centre under[*]guidance of Director General and Advisory Board[*]Strategic planning and development of policies for conduct of Corporate tests for admissions for Post graduate as well as Under graduate Courses of academic and Professional programmes.[*]Strategic planning and development of policies for conduct of special tests for recruitments and promotions of personnel of various corporate bodies and institutions.[*]Responsible for developing and implementing new tests e.gJob Entrance Test (JET) to both Corporates as well as Business Schools[*]Prepare budgets and deliver agreed targets for income[*]Responsible for all marketing, public relations, promotion related activities of Centre[*]Responsible for networking with other national and international organizations to further the cause of AIMA – Special Tests[*]Explore new avenues for marketing of various products of Special Tests.[*]Set and manage test centres and ensure smooth and fair administration of Tests[*]To conceive and advise technological interventions to improve the service level of Testing Services[*]Facilitate development of sound business relationships and partnerships through networking with all stakeholders - corporates , Institutions/ universities, Government – states & centre[*]Negotiating Skills and Motivational Skills for Overseeing Question paper banks, Interviews, Group Discussions for Corporate as well as Special tests[*]Overall responsibility for Client liaison, processing of Applications received, test centre arrangements, and MIS.[*]Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.[*]Good understanding of AIMA brand[*]Effective public speaking skills and presence.[*]Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.[/LIST]

The All India Management Association (AIMA) was created as an apex body of professional management with active support of the Government of India and Industry in 1957. AIMA is a federation of Local Management Associations (LMAs). AIMA today affiliates 58 LMAs across the country and two Co-operating management associations i.e. Qatar Indian Management Association and Mauritius Management Association.
