1)Inward & Outward of materials - Goods receipts, transfers, Issues, sales postings & etc.
2)Identification & proper storage of materials Location wise.
3)Immediate retrieval & recovery of materials.
4)Maintaining the stocks & inventories for the fast moving consumable items.
5)Establishing the Min / Max level, reordering level for the regular consumable items.
6)Transfer of materials / issues against the planned / production orders & etc.
7)Stocks reconciliation & perpetual inventory.
8)Timely disposal of non-conforming parts & rejection return to the suppliers.
9)Establish process flow for the materials with the concerned departments – Incoming to outgoing
10)Reduce time gap from inwarding of materials – QA clearances & submission of documents to accounts dept with proper decisions.
11) Stock Audit ( Stores Related All work formalities Checking )
12)Generation of MIS from SAP – Stock value analysis, consumption analysis, Fast /slow / Non moving stocks analysis & etc.
13)Generation of sales Invoice in the system.

16)Communication skill in written & spoken English independently.
