JD in Brief :
* Should be part of 24x7 Remote Level-1 Support team and monitor, perform basic troubleshooting of various IT Infrastructure of international customer’s mission critical datacenter
* Monitor various services using different tools and technologies
* Perform basic troubleshooting steps on all the infrastructure incidents and then route the tickets to appropriate Level 2 technical teams
* Coordinate with the end-customer and technical teams to resolve incidents
* Adhere to the ITIL-compliant incident management system
* Good understanding of ITIL-compliant ticketing system
* Should be aware of various monitoring tools and their usability
* Should be able to perform predefined tasks on Windows AD, File & Print Services, Network and UNIX.
* Should be certified with CCNA or MCP or Solaris L1 or UNIX
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on EST day shift timings
* Understanding of ITIL process flow
