    * Should have been a part of 24x7 remote Windows administration team and managed international customers’ mission-critical datacenter
    * Handled the technical escalations from the Level 1 group as well as from other support groups
    * Coordinate with US customers via email, phone and ticketing system to understand and then resolve the Level 2 technical issues
    * Adhered to the ITIL-compliant change and incident management system
    * Managed complex AD Deployment
    * Strong in troubleshooting Windows Cluster environment – Quorum Disk
    * DNS, WINS, DHCP Scope Configuration
    * Windows Patching
    * Knowledge of Veritas backup tool configuration
    * Knowledge of VM Ware Servers
    * Should have worked on Storage (SAN) preferably EMC
    * Understand Exchange Server deployment and ability to resolve the issues

    In order to get information regarding passport one had to search the information by going to passport office,travel agencies,post offices.,also one can get information from those who already have passport.In all the above ways one has to spend a lot of time and energy.In order to overcome such difficulties these processes have been done through Internet as a project.This project has been developed to help the one who needs passport related information in one module also one can chat with administrator and get all the necessary details,and also one can get the application form from the website itself.All one has to do is to scan all the documents and send to this website for further processing.
