1. UBS - Project Management Outsourcing and Off shoring (PMO)
o Tracking and reporting offshore opportunities – Helping in preparing and maintaining the legal document process being off shored (Task orders and Offshore Business Initiative)
o Maintaining the Risk & Issue log for different processes offshore from UBS to other vendors. Tracking and recording vendor’s Service Legal Agreement. (SLA) and Risks & Issues(R&I) are being traced at weekly and monthly basis and the status is updated of every R&I on the log.
o Contract Management – Managing all the contracts of different process i.e. date of contract, date of inception, expiry date, renewal of the contract and the fees and charges applicable for these services rendered.
- It also deals with some important documents such as Operations Off shoring programme (OPO), task orders, key audit documents & records which are tracked and uploaded in the UBS share point.
o Documentation Management – Creating place holders and maintain the key audit documents which are at different stages of their life and its movement from one to another for Offshore Business Initiative on UBS share point.
o Meeting Management – Collecting the data required to prepare meeting packs for off shore working groups as per UBS Standards.
- Collating the data and preparing the meeting pack.
- Attending the meeting and capturing the minutes of the meeting.
o Periodic internal audits of the key audit document e.g. Service level agreement, Offshore business initiative and timeline for different projects.
