Location : Noida, India
Reporting To : Manager - Organization Development & Human Resource
Shift Timings : 02.30 PM to 11:30 PM (UK Shift)
Education :
* Masters in Human Resource Management
* MBA preferred
* Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience 3 years to 5 years
Primary Skills (Technical & Functional) :
* HR and Organization development experience
* Generalist HR, Employee care, Employee retention, OD activities, training coordination
* Hands on experience in managing trainings
* Sound HR process and automation experience
Secondary Skills (Technical & Functional) : HR (Back Office) Operations MIS
Desired Profile (Soft Skills, Role specific skills, Personality,
Professional & Behavioral skills) :
* IT/ITeS industry experience in outsourcing environment
* Sharp, with an eye for detail, high initiative level, consistent and high performer
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and inter-personal skills
Job Responsibilities :
HR/ Organization Development :
* Manage Performance Management process, handle annual/bi-annual performance appraisal, rewards and recognition programs, Data Handling & HR Administration, HR Information management
* Design and Implement Career Development initiatives like reviewing Career development path, promotion & career progression
* Change management, people empowerment, managing people with a diverse cultural background in a fast paced work environment
* Present innovative ideas, self manager, and believer of MBO operational style requiring low supervision
* Manage entry/separation, leave, attendance and discipline processes
HR Operations :
* Support line managers in India’s IT and Supply Chain divisions in competent application of the organization’s HR Processes.
* Design and execute employee communication on HR forums, such as intranet, newsletter etc.
* Use functionally specific knowledge and support in framing of policies and programs for India
* Sound and updated on Indian labor law, perform day-to-day activities to meet departmental/project objectives
* Investigate and resolve employee related issues
* Result oriented approach towards achieving results
* Represent Corbus in several HR forums within and outside Corbus
* Coordinate with Admin, Accounts and System Admin regarding implementation of HR processes
* Oversee payroll and benefits administration
