    Track all couriers as and when required Track all incoming / outgoing courier through internet/ by courier company and give the feed back as soon as possible
    Guest relation and PR Smooth handling of all visitors and coordination with internal departments Handle the visitors & internal employee and ensure that they are properly attended by the respective deptt. / Employee
    Support to Administration /HR activity
    Ensure support for data generation, typing support and HR support 1. 1.     HR- assistance in recruitment process 1. Before toner or fax roll finish already lodging the request in customer care and maintain the stock with material. 2. Courier : - If there is any problem about any courier, track the status and inform the concern person as soon as possible. 3. HR- recruitment (i) calling the candidate (ii) coordination with interviewer & candidate (iii) maintaining the database of candidates (iv) posted job in naukri.com & carrier Baddi
    Also handling the transport/ guest house /travel booking
