BE(Civil), 12-15 yrs. Experience in high rise township, computer savvy, thorough knowledge of all civil works ,i.e., planning, co-ordination with designers, budgeting & cost control. Knowledge of AUTOCAD is must.

Quantity Surveyor :
BE(Civil) with 7-10 years of experience in the construction field.

Sr. Site Engineer :
BE(Civil) or Diploma Holder with 3-5 yrs. Experience in high rise township.

Jr. Site Engineer :
BE(Civil) or Diploma Holder with 2 yrs. Experience in high rise township.

Site Supervisors :
PUC/ITI with 3-5 years experience in field work.

Store Assistant :
Graduate/Diploma holder with min. 3 years experience in construction field.

HR Manager :
MBA or Diploma in HR with min. 3 years experience of handling over 100 employees. Knowledge is relevant laws,i.e., PF, ESIC, Payroll, etc. is essential.

Ø Involved in various electrical maintenance jobs in ESP.
