Requires Specialist Officers in Officers’ Grade/Scale-I

Officers in Grade/Scale-I in the Pay Scale of Rs. 10000-470/6-12820-500/3-14320-560/7- 18240, Gross Salary around Rs. 20,000.00 and will be costing the company approximately Rs. 26,000.00 per month at Nainital at present which is under revision.

1. Credit Officers :
The candidate should have passed Intermediate Examination of Institute of
Chartered Accountants of India having -3- years experience, or
MBA (Finance) with 60% marks from a recognized university or AICTE approved
institute. Candidates with this qualification having 1-2 years post qualification
experience will be given preference, or
Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) from Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts
(ICFAI), preference will be given to the candidates having 1-2 years post qualification
experience.

2. Agriculture officers :
The candidate should have passed B.Sc. (Agriculture)/M.Sc. (Agriculture), /B.E.(Ag.
Engg./ B.Tech (Ag. Engg.) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized
university/institute. Candidates having experience of 1-2 years in the related field
will be given preference.

3. Information Technology Officers :
The candidate should be BCA/MCA/B. Tech. (I.T or Computer Science)/ M.Tech.
(I.T or Computer Science) or any other Degree at Graduation/Post Graduation level
with I.T. /Computer Science as main subject from a recognized university /institute
with 60% marks with preferably 1-2 years experience in any I.T. Company/ institute
of repute.

Age : Candidates should be in the age group of 18-30 years as on 31.03.2010.
(Upper age limit relaxable by -5- years in case of SC/ST candidates)
